Irish Honey Team

We are a team of two working on producing the best honey in Ireland. Based in the Burren region of Clare, we currently have eight hives that are managed on a fulltime basis by a local beekeeper working with local farmers.

In the day he works for Clare VTOS, and come night, he is beekeeper extraordinaire. He is a self taught, award-winning beekeeper producing local honey located in the beautiful Irish landscape of the Burren.
